Shipping and Delivery

We use UPS Ground Shipping as our standard shipping solution, however, we reserve the right to use other carriers at our discretion.  Other shipping carriers may include, but are not limited to, Fedex and USPS.   We currently only ship to customers in the continental U.S and Hawaii with a verifiable physical residential or business address.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  Standard UPS ground shipping in the contiguous United States (lower 48) is completely FREE .. the way it should be!  If you would like to have faster shipping, use another carrier, or live in Alaska or Hawaii, please email me at glenn@tracktubes.com and I will provide you an updated shipping quote. Track Tubes are normally shipped within 48 hrs. of your paid order and usually take 3 – 7 business days to arrive, depending where you are located.  You will be emailed your UPS Tracking Number when shipped.  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.  Bottom line … if you have shipping questions or problems, please email me at glenn@tracktubes.com.

Terms and Conditions

Full payment is required before shipping.  Unpaid orders will not be shipped.
Prices are subject to change and will be clearly posted on TrackTubes.com.

Returns

You may return your Track Tubes within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, however, customers/buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, including packaging. Please email me with the reason for the return and I will provide you a return shipping quote and email you a return shipping label.  All returns must be in the original packaging and undamaged.  For items damaged during the shipping process, due to freight carrier mishandling , please contact the shipping company immediately.  Credit for damaged merchandise will be issued upon resolution of the claim to the shipping carrier.  If you need assistance with resolving damaged product issues, or for any other return questions, please email or call.
